Carmel Mission

This ia an original watercolor painting of San Carlos Borromeo de Carmelo also know as Carmel Mission. It is #14 of the 21 California Missions, established by Fater Junipero Serra. The Mission was Father Serra's residence until his death in 1784. The California missions have alway meant a lot to me, maybe it is because I am a California native and a Catholic.
